The Kalush community is attractive for relocation

Today, the Kalush urban territorial community remains the most attractive area in the Ivano-Frankivsk region for creating and developing a business, making investments in this matter, as well as for companies moving from the war zone and resuming their activities here.
40 large and 500 small enterprises form the industrial potential of Kalush MTG. According to indicators of industrial production, the community is the leader of Prykarpattia. Advantages for the organization and development of business in Kalush - developed infrastructure, proximity to the border, availability of higher educational institutions that train the necessary specialists.
In Ukraine, a state program for the relocation of enterprises located in the war zone has been adopted and is in effect. Accordingly, the business that plans to move to safe regions is provided with assistance in selecting locations for production facilities, transportation of equipment, resettlement of personnel and finding new employees. And local self-government bodies play an important role in this support of enterprises and entrepreneurs who express a desire to relocate their business.
Since the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion, a total of more than 20 enterprises have relocated to the Kalush community, of which 13 have already completed the move and are working. At the three enterprises that have moved, preparatory work is still being carried out at their new location. In particular, the employers organized the repair of premises and installation of equipment.
The owners of the six relocated enterprises are currently not engaged in any active activity on the territory of Kalush MTG, but they continue to store their transported equipment in warehouses or other premises provided to them. By the way, many enterprises that moved from the regions of Ukraine where active hostilities are taking place, have located their facilities and have already set up production in our industrial park "Kalush industrial HUB", and some of them have been provided space for equipment storage free of charge.
The largest number of enterprises moved to the community from Kharkiv region and Kyiv region. There is also a relocated enterprise "Agroproduct" from the Kirovohrad region, which specializes in the production of additives for food products, crackers and dry cookies, confectionery, cakes and pastries for long storage.
The company "VDM-Resources" from Kryvyi Rih also moved to Kalush, which is currently preparing to expand its activities in rented premises. Kryvyi Rih residents plan to collect and recycle electronic waste.
Also, literally in September, the famous innovative Ukrainian company "NVP "Suzirya" started working in our city, which is engaged in the production of products for pets of the Suziria Group Company group of companies - feed, clothes, scratching posts, claws for cats, treats for birds and rodents, products from plastics, leather and other materials. For the production of goods in Kalush, the enterprise purchased new modern equipment and involved mainly local residents who were trained by experts from Kharkiv in the production of products. His one production is also located there, which continues to operate in a limited mode in compliance with the norms and rules of safety of activity in the conditions of martial law.
Kalush is a powerful industrial city!
Mainly the enterprises of the industrial group moved their business to the Kalush community. But not only. In fact, from the first days of the war, the state institution "State Research and Design Institute of Basic Chemistry" moved from Kharkiv to Kalush. Its employees arrived from the central office of this institution, and all the necessary equipment was transported to the building of our engineering building. In the premises in which they currently carry out their activities, appropriate repair work has been carried out.
LLC "PROFI TRADE UA" from Kyiv region also works. It is mainly engaged in the wholesale sale of various household goods, agricultural machinery, equipment and spare parts.
At the end of March, the foreign trade company "Motorimpex" was relocated from Kharkiv, which specializes in the production and supply to consumers of hydraulic equipment, components for various machinery and equipment used in agriculture and industry. In Ukraine, it represents more than 40 manufacturers and currently has more than 200,000 products in stock.
The management of the Motorimpex company moved part of its machines to Kalush and already in April established the production of hydraulic blocks. Also, in our city, it is planned to complete the painting chamber, install the oxidation line and start the production of hydraulic systems.
The main production of the company remained and continues to work in Kharkiv. From there, only a fourth of the workers with their families moved to us, who were provided with housing, and their children were accepted for education by general educational institutions. Motorimpex's need for additional workers for the enterprise in Kalush was met at the expense of local residents with appropriate education.
The "IMPERATYV" factory of composite fittings and grids, relocated to Kalush hromada, is gradually increasing production and at the same time continuing to install new lines. Modern materials produced by him are used by builders to reinforce foundations, roads, concrete products and other building structures. However, due to the war, all the main production facilities, which were located in Ruska Lozovaya in the Kharkiv region, were under enemy occupation from the first days of the Russian armed aggression. And from Kharkiv, which at that time was already under intense shelling, the management of the enterprise managed to transport only office equipment, a warehouse and some employees. Therefore, in the Kalush community, Kharkiv residents began to resume their production of construction composite materials from scratch. From what was brought from the warehouse and from the purchased new equipment, one line was assembled, which has been producing products for a long time. And in the future, they plan to launch four more lines, the equipment for which has been partially manufactured and continues to be installed.
According to the co-owners of the plant, Andriy Zagrebelny and Boris Nikolenko, today the HARDmesh composite mesh is produced on the line launched in Kalush and is ready to be shipped. Composite fittings are also partially produced. Now the plant works at a maximum of 20-30 percent of the pre-war capacity. But their main goal is to completely restore and even increase the pre-war capacity of the enterprise in order to create new jobs and provide the construction market with a modern and more economical material that is able to replace steel reinforcement where it is possible according to building regulations. In the conditions of a decrease in metal production and its increase in price, this will help state and private developers to build new and restore buildings and objects of critical infrastructure of Ukraine damaged by the Russian occupation forces.
In addition to the above-mentioned metallurgical enterprises, such business entities as MCM NINEX LLC from Kyiv (specialty of production – dietary supplements), K.TEX LLC have more or less established their activities in the territory of the Kalusa community and continue to develop them. from Irpen - a producer of non-woven materials for the sewing, construction, and furniture industries, LLC "PROFI TRADE UA" from Kyiv region (unspecialized wholesale), LLC "Zmiyivska Paper Factory" from Kharkiv - production of paper and cardboard, LLC "Olwood" from Dergachi - production of interior doors and others. They also moved from the regions of hostilities to Kalush and operate a trade establishment and a catering establishment (cafeteria) in the city.
