Lippstadt - Kalush - officially twin cities!

The mayor of the German city of Lippstadt, Arne Moritz, and the mayor Andriy Naida signed a memorandum on social partnership. Our cities have officially become twinned!
We are sincerely grateful to the entire community and the mayor of the city, Arne Moritz, for the strong support of the Ukrainian people during the war. For helping the Kalusa community, our geriatric center!
We believe that our cooperation will be very fruitful in the future!

The municipality of Lippstadt directed financial assistance to the Kalusa Geriatric Center immediately after the signing of the memorandum!
Our relations with Lippstadt began a long time ago thanks to the Honorary Consul of Hungary in Prykarpattia Vasyl Vyshyvanyuk, the Consul General of Ukraine in Dusseldorf Iryna Shum and the Department of Economic Development of Kalusa City Council.
The Kalushans should be reminded that we have already received an unprecedented amount of help from Lippstadt - seven powerful generators and other necessary cargo.
The history of helping the geriatric center begins with the initiative of the hunting society of Lippstadt that they have a desire to support our community. They suggested choosing the direction of charitable assistance.
We chose a newly created social institution, which today, of course, needs a lot of equipment, medicines, and inventory. Therefore, a letter with specific needs was sent to the initiators.
The result was not long in coming - our friends from Lippstadt donated 3,050 euros to the Kalusa Geriatric Center! The first installment is a gift on the occasion of the opening!
It is very touching that these funds were collected by the whole community!
