Kalush's experience in creating and operating industrial parks

     The Kalush community's experience in industrial development is one of the best in the region.
     This was emphasized at the Interdepartmental meeting on the creation and operation of industrial parks in the Ivano-Frankivsk region with the participation of people's deputies, leaders of regional and district military administrations, business representatives and enterprise managers.
     Actually, the issue of creation and functioning of industrial parks in the rear territories during the war is one of the most important issues. This is an opportunity for the development of enterprises, including for those displaced from the places of hostilities, and providing citizens with new jobs.
     All three projects of industrial parks of the Kalusa community were presented to those present. "Kalush Industrial HAB" is successfully functioning, "Galitsia" is in the final stage of registration. The issue regarding the "Bodnariv" industrial park is under consideration.
     Kaluzy industrial park "Galitsia" will already be 65 in total in Ukraine. We are waiting for the order of the Government regarding the inclusion of the object in the register. According to forecasts, it will be an additional 500 jobs, and the "Bodnariv" park - 850.

    After the meeting in the regional administration, members of the working group arrived in Kalush, where they visited the industrial park "Kalush Industrial HUB", as well as several relocated enterprises that have launched production activities in Kalush.
    "Kalush Industrial HUB" is the only industrial park that actually functions in Prykarpattia.

     The industrial park is private, the initiator of its creation is the company "Ch.A.S." The park covers an area of more than 18.7 hectares.

     Currently, repair works are ongoing on the territory of the industrial park. Part of the already arranged areas is used as a logistics hub. In addition, since the beginning of the war, the park's capacity has been provided to enterprises evacuated from the war zone - they store their equipment and products here.

     So far, the Kalush Industrial Park has not attracted the main resident. It is planned that it will be a large Ukrainian or foreign business. It can be an enterprise assembling furniture (or, for example, elements of modular houses), pharmaceutical or metalworking production. Mandatory requirements: it must be an environmentally sound enterprise that will create jobs and offer a level of wages that will motivate people not to go abroad, but to work at home.
